· Prepared structural steel framing plans using Revit: modified structural components as directed.· Automated the isolation of beam and columns with Revit dynamo to limit repetitive process.· Elevation and plan views of various structural drawings with appropriate annotations and dimensions.· Converted vector images/pdfs to 2-D Revit models using the pick lines tool and included annotations.

•Drafted multiple 30-year reserve fund studies for condominium projects based in Ontario•Used Excel to balance the 30-year reserve budget to ensure funds are available for any anticipated repairs or replacement•Performed site visits to inspect for deterioration (structural and aesthetic) of condominiums •Prepared CCDC 2 contracts with the relevant information; compiled the specifications, drawings, tenders, and letter of awards •Calculated the building quantities (floor area, windows, doors, asphalt pavements, etc.) from the drawings using AutoCAD TrueView in order to provide an estimated cost of maintenance

Working with the Municipality of Vila Velha, Brazil, I drafted a proposal to transform an undeveloped area of the city into a public recreational park. My responsibilities for this role included:•Drafting walking paths, streets/ parallel parking, round-about, and parking lots with AutoCAD•Calculating the dimensions of the AutoCAD design (Area/Perimeter)•Creating a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation to exhibit my proposal, incorporating the data from the AutoCAD drafts
