Review performance of team members and share feedback.> Managing different controls of Revenue Assurance and Contract Management for various projects aiming to ensure the accuracy of Billing, Cost, Inventory and Risk Management of the business.> Accountable for delivering operational excellence, and recommend structural, procedural, or policy adjustments aimed at enhancing overall process efficiency for the Brand/Channel.> Produces regular and ad-hoc reports for Bill to Cash, Revenue Assurance and other key business stakeholders.> Manage utilization, shrinkage, CFU & Stakeholder as per requirement.> Maintain standards for process documentation and drive process enhancements, including automation and efficiency improvements, to expand validation coverage.> Involve in strategic discussions and play a vital role in finalizing delivery roadmap.> Collaboratively determine root causes, preventive actions, and remedial measures for assurance issues.> Engage with contract managers/directors to review risk and challenges aiming to make a positive impact in company’s cash flow.

> Drive E2E Contract Assurance and Inventory Transformation Project.> End to end contract review, analyze the risk and control areas, execute proper root cause management aiming to control over challenges and ensure high level of Data Quality.> Identify Revenue Leakages and perform recovery.> Review Contract Inventory and reconcile the same with Cost and Revenue Data aiming to ensure every systems (Inventory, Cost and Revenue) are in sync.> Margin, Pricing and Profit & Loss analysis.> Identify Risk and obligations, perform the RCA and prepare the future road map of the contract.

> Working as a Inventory Manager for multiple Contracts.> Build, Clean and Modify Inventory, Non-Inventory and Price Lines in Central Repository (BFG) and ensure the CMDB is in sync with the respective upstream and downstream systems and the required inventories are getting monitored properly.> Reconcile the existing Order Management Systems (CLASSIC, EXPEDIO, SQE, RSQE), Central Repository (BFG) and Incident Management Systems (NGSD, NIAB, SOE SMARTS, Solution SMARTS) in order to ensure the data flow is correct, identify the discrepancies and take the necessary actions aiming to resolve possible inventory issues.> Review and analyze reporting tools, drive data cleanse project in order to ensure high level of Data Quality. > Reconcile Billing Data and perform the necessary changes where required and ensure the correct data have been triggered to the billing systems.> Responsible to maintain the overall health of the contract.

> End to end quality assurance for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem and Capacity Management Operations.> Review existing processes, identify the gaps and bridge them accordingly.> Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies and minimize waste.> Worked as a Subject Matter Expert, review and analyze the team's data and based on that help the team to achieve the goal accordingly.

> End to end responsibility of Request, Order, Pricing, Delivery and Jeopardy Management.> Engage with onsite Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and different responsible teams and ensure order is delivered, installed and commissioned within defined SLA.> Engage with the TDA, Contract and Account Team and prepare the Pricing.> Manage back office processing and coordinating with the end customer and internal teams and stakeholders to ensure Order to Cash cycle.> Take the ownership to make sure inventory is properly updated. Also engage with the Billing Team and ensure Billing process is getting followed accordingly.

Experience in Banking Operations, Treasury Management, Bank Reconciliation, Research and Reconciliation of Fraud/ Suspicious Transactions, Reconciliation of Payment Exceptions, Payroll Processing.
