Perficient NASDAQ (PRFT) is a leading technology and management consulting firm serving clients throughout the United States- Responsible to contribute directly to the overall success of the Recruiting Team by providing candidate resumes qualified for certain job openings in Perficient. - Reporting to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition Operations in a fast-paced recruiting organization.

Tools: Social Media Networks LinkedIn, Insightly (Google App) Twitter, Facebook MS Office etc.- Provide full life cycle recruiting of qualified technical candidates, which include: sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates - Conduct reference checks, scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews - Negotiate offer packages and draft offer letters, as appropriate - Develop and maintain candidate pool, post vacancies on various job boards and social networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook - Conduct candidate searches from a range of resources such as: referrals, database candidates, Internet and other creative tools to find passive candidates - Work directly with hiring managers to help determine staffing needs, and fill positions quickly with highly qualified candidates. - Generate weekly reports to reflect recruiting activity.

Tools: ACT (Applicant Tracking System), Social Media Networks, MS Office etc- Technical Recruiter with focus on supporting company’s IT and Telecom Clients with their need for Recruiting spanning high-end technical professionals including Software Developers/Architects (Distributed and Mainframe), Business/Systems Analysts, Technical Program/Product/Project Managers, Web Developers, Programmers, Network/System/Security Engineers, Database Architects/Developers/Administrators, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, Technical Writers, Online Banking Portal Architects and other IT professionals.- Manage team for recruiting activities: this includes develop/review/process JDs, prepare advertisements, screen/shortlist applications, interviews, selection, check references, make job offers, Contracts, Change Memos, documentation and arrange orientations.- Work closely with the hiring managers and candidates through the interviewing and hiring process.- Process payroll and disbursing monthly salaries and benefits of the staff in consultation with all program heads which includes processing of final settlements of terminated staff etc;- Prepare monthly HR reports on staff additions, deletions and payroll processing of final settlements of resigned/terminated staff and grievance handling.- Ensure personal files are complete as per company’s policy and ensure confidentiality of information and changes.- Maintain and update timesheets and leave record with proper filing; share the monthly timesheets update and leave status.- Maintain close working/professional relationship with third party contractors (Foreign and local).- Organizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously.- Creatively utilizing internet sourcing, social media and industry contacts to identify, network and recruit.- Analytical and enthusiastic Human Resources professional able to network with all levels of management and has excellent verbal and written skills.

SAP R/3 (MM & SD), CRM, MS Office, Citrix Applications etc• Performing complete supply chain processes including Analysis, Identification, Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, Invoicing, Reconciliation and Payments.• Responsible for Processing, Expediting, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Contracts and Distribution of Purchase Orders (both hardware & software) for Adobe, Cisco, Microsoft, Ingram Micro, Symantec, Apple and with some other third party vendors/suppliers/distributors, • Reduced average invoice backlog by 25 days through transforming the purchase-to-pay process.• Saved the company’s finance through negotiation of commodity purchase contracts• Provide technical, analytical, and systems oversight support to the daily operations of Software Procurement and Client Services.• Administer purchasing automation initiatives, communication and working closely with Information Systems, Procurement System Support including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), third party providers and Procurement Manager. • Participate in vendor/supplier escalations – by building strong business relationships.• Perform the responsibilities of a Software Buyer when the team is shorthanded or to handle particularly urgent / sensitive purchasing transactions for the Procurement Manager.• Analyze procurement patterns to continuously identify and take advantage of cost saving through innovative sourcing and procurement techniques.• Create management reports to identify improvement opportunities and offer recommendations for procurement process optimization and business enhancement to management.• Screening, short listing and selection for the required technical resource(s) in the department. Organize orientation and training for the hired staff.• Work on team’s ISO documentation processes and internal ISO Auditing for Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2008
