I provide vision, strategy and management oversight for how systems and processes are deployed and used within Trinity Consultants, thereby enabling us to deliver value to our clients, achieve business goals, and position our operations for growth. In addition to supervising and directing the firm's quality, knowledge, and learning management systems, I am responsible for setting standards and procedures used for executing consulting projects. Beyond these core functions, I also help manage and execute business process improvement initiatives, and serve in a planning and coordination role, interfacing between the corporate departments and operation managers to help ensure business needs are being met. Working in conjunction with our IT department, I help identify, evaluate, and choose technologies to implement to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our consulting operations and maintain Trinity’s competitive advantages in the market. Drawing from my 30-year career and background as an environmental engineer, I also continue to provide strategic air consulting services to select industrial and utility clients.
