Directly reported to GM-Cleanhome Division and DGM-Logistics. My main responsibilities were stock planning, logistics, vendor management, preparing every day reports, preparing and sending out indent formats and planning despatches based on the indents received from branches all over the country, preparing purchase orders, carrying out all the processes in order for the new products to be taken into the system to having the new products placed in branches and facilitating month end billings from the mother warehouses. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly presentations was one of my major responsibilities apart from providing daily reports to my reporting managers and creating yearly Sales Planning formats. I was responsible for arranging all the documentation required for introducing our products into the Canteen Stores Department and for reconciling the payments received from CSD with the invoices. Have worked on SAP and Power BI extensively.
