As a technical lead engineer, I led a full-cycle scrum team of 6 engineers to create a new highly robust backend search application for AirView, which backs the two most visited pages, representing over 2/3rds of overall web traffic. I guided the team through several extreme technical hurdles and pivots to get our code delivered to production. We averaged 1 patch release a year of the key microservices since the initial deployment.Mentored team members on performance testing strategies and JVM tuning.Designed the first zero-downtime deployment in AirView.
