Since 2017 I have been responsible for protecting and growing Yelp's organic traffic. Yelp generally sees ~170M visitors a month, SEO traffic being the largest portion. During this time, I have grown Yelp's SEO/Traffic program from a team of 6 to a team of 18+ including Engineers, Eng Managers, Product Managers, BizOps, Datasci, Design, Marketing Managers etc.This was accomplished by creating an execution strategy in a few main areas:- A solid platform of tools for the research and development of new products.
