Hired initially to lead all the creative retail activation work in Seattle, including Microsoft and Starbucks, the role evolved to supportvarious clients, including Under Armour, Columbia Sportswear, TOMS, Adidas, Verizon, League Collegiate Outfitters, among many others. In 2018 focus shifted to growing the business with Bay Area tech giants like Facebook / Oculus, and T-Mobile. This role often required me to wear many hats, such as strategist, concept creator, industrial designer, engineering support, and production art manager. Working closely with my cross-functional team members, we delivered unique creative executions and brought impactful consumer experiences to market.

This new role allowed me to further contribute to more aspects of the business, from strategic planning to new product development. Responsibilities included: 3D design language development for both flashlights and rechargeable peripherals, protecting the equity globally by driving consistency and implementing anti-counterfeiting measures, on-boarding new strategic partners, product innovation and development, future lighthouse technology forecasting, and go-to-market strategy. During my tenure at the company my responsibilities also included manufacturing quality assessments throughout China and team onboarding / training in Singapore and Panama City.

Duracell BrandOver 4 years, I was able to touch many aspects of the $4.2 billion dollar business; from initiative deployment to refreshing the iconic brand itself. Responsibilities included: packaging development, building the brand through up front execution and planning, protecting the equity globally by driving consistency, supporting licensing partners, lots of consumer research, and overall creating an enhanced consumer experience.
