As a member of the WEL Institute Student Advisory Board (SAB), I have the privilege of serving on a diverse team motivated to empower women to lead and encourage the world to follow. The SAB represents students voices related to the WEL Institute’s mission and programming, and I get to help create and plan events to foster unique and engaging conversations about topics relevant to college-aged founders and students, particularly women and underrepresented communities. I also have the opportunity to represent the WEL Institute on campus and through connecting with other students on social media.

• Interdisciplinary and policy-relevant research related to global conflict, peacebuilding, poverty alleviation, and human rights• Experiential learning and applied training on the Data4Peace research team, specifically coding territorial data of civil war actors in Afghanistan

The College Student Congress is a two-week summer program for undergraduates interested in public policy, politics, diplomacy and modern leadership. The summer program in public policy selects fifty-one rising college seniors, representing each state and the District of Columbia, to learn about the dynamics of the policy process through an experiential and immersive curriculum. Students engage with lawmakers, academics, government relations experts, policy advisors and other leaders to explore the challenges of formulating comprehensive public policy and hone the skills necessary for statesmanship, dialogue, negotiation and compromise.

Drove customer satisfaction and efficient operation of inside, outside, and private party dining at the Keller Town Center flagship location; Managed reservations, to-go orders, and seating arrangement.

30+ hours/week; Care, education, and meal preparation for children 4-10.

Coordinate all aspects of fitness programs and activities for community youth and families.
