Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and Sr. Executive Team, including SVP of Mergers & Acquisitions, SVP of Business Development, and SVP of Digital Innovation; Manager of all office operations.- Manage all day-to-day activities for CFO & Executive Team: heavy diary management maintaining frequently changing calendars, email, screening calls, correspondence, scheduling domestic and international travel, personal errands.- Manage the coordination and release of quarterly earnings to NASDAQ; schedule subsequent Investor calls.- Manage the production, issuing, and timing of all company press releases to the Newswire and NASDAQ.- Schedule Executive Board meetings; liaise with the General Counsel, HR Director and Company Secretary in preparation of the company board books.- Create highly sensitive and confidential reports for Executive Board - Set up and manage conference calls/video conferencing from multiple sites across multiple time zones.- Create, assemble and distribute corporate documents and literature, including corporate investor PowerPoint presentations, investor material.- Liaise with Investors, Bankers and Analysts, scheduling MDC’s participation in Investor road-shows and conferences.- Plan and manage all corporate events including Board of Directors’ & Committee meetings, private dining at top New York venues, company parties, corporate hospitality & ad hoc events.- Direct and manage all office operations including contract negotiation, vendor management, budget management, office relocations and fit outs, new hire orientation.
