When I joined Kinsta, we only had inbound sales. I wanted to create a proactive sales environment where we created our own opportunities and fate, rather than wait for leads to come to us. I was given 6 months to prove the outbound concept. Spoiler alert; it worked! ;) At the same time that I was outbounding in order to prove that this could be a successful new sales avenue at Kinsta, I was also creating the outbound GTM strategy.
