By managing of team of engineers and technicians (4+7) I was in charge of machinery maintenance, facility management, and investment projects from both executing and budget point of view in an industrial environment. I managed maintenance/facility department to ensure machinery/technology availability, curative/preventive/predictive maintenance activities, complete facility management (energy consumption, security, cleaning, construction projects,...) and management of local and international investment projects such as new technology/machines, retrofits, modifications both on local and group level. I was a member of Steering committee reporting to plant manager.Main responsibilities: - Department budgeting and staffing; - Preventive and operational maintenance of machinery and facilities;- Optimization of effective machinery availability;- Energy (electricity, gas, water) consumption management and optimization;- Maintenance KPIs and breakdown cost monitoring;- Analyses of equipment failures; - TPM activities;- Management and optimizing of maintenance costs;- Daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections and maintenance recordsof the production equipment;- Facility and machinery maintenance flex budget and CAPEX preparation;- Management of construction projects, and other process investments projects;- Security and cleaning service management;- Management representative for EnMS, energy planning, energy policy according EN ISO 50001.In addition, I was in charge of two significant facility extension projects in a role of investor representative.
