Radhika Shankar is a Sustainability | Tata Group | TFI Alumna at Croma. She is proficient in Tamil and English. Colleagues describe her as "I got opportunities to work with Radhika when she started volunteering with Antarang Foundation as a Mentor. Radhika served as a Mentor to few Antarang students as part of the Tata ProEngage platform from July 2017 to May 2018. She started the mentoring program with two bright girls and then extended her support by being a part of the group mentoring program. She is an enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed individual. Radhika is one of our super mentors who managed to impart life skills and assisted youth in their careers.
