Established in 1998, UniComs is a multinational health-care company which specializes in home diagnostics products and food supplements. UniComs AG is based in Zürich, Switzerland, with operations in the CEE and MENA regions.As brand manager I am responsible for leading the brand business plan across Romania for multiple product categories. This involves conceiving and implementing local marketing activities as well as adapting the global brand strategy after gaining consumer insights through hands-on market research or selected employed research services. Marketing activities include a wide range of above- and below-the-line channels, a different mix for each product category. I also participate in new product development and product adaptation for the local market including, among others, developing price strategy and registration with authorities. A close relationship with both customer communities and company sales force is key towards gaining the necessary insights for new product development and adaptations.

Profitshare affiliate network is a performance marketing platform that works as an extension to the marketing department of the companies (advertisers) that join by offering access to a community (affiliates) which advertises the company’s products online. This community is in return rewarded with a commission as set by the company for each sale it generates.My role as marketing coordinator at Profitshare was to manage communication for the platform, growing its awareness and its affiliate & advertiser base. Communication for Profitshare also involved education of the target audience regarding the affiliate marketing channel – a relatively new concept for Romania.In managing the above I’ve used: - inbound marketing (through content writing & editing, translations of Google Analytics indicators into opportunities, copywriting, social media marketing, newsletter marketing);- direct marketing by supervising PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook Ads;- performance reports (using Qlik as main business intelligence software).Among clients that I work with I will mention: eMAG, Flanco, BancaTransilvania, Volksbank and others.

During my time at MEC, I worked in the digital department.Activities included: - media planning & media buying on major local websites and online publishers; - campaign results tracking & optimization; - special projects by involving notorious local bloggers;- Google & Facebook campaigns;- campaign reporting.Clients included BCR Pensii, BCR Leasing, Baneasa Shopping City and others.

BrieFix was a start-up oriented towards the web designer professionals.Although my primary activities included content marketing, PPC marketing, market research and client acquisition, I have been involved in product creation and testing as well.

As Social department Coordinator for ASLS Romania (Foreign Languages Students' Association) I lead the team responsible for all matters that concerned the student - college relationship. The department was also fully responsible for organizing the student boarding process and it raised money and planned a special day out as part of a bi annual humanitarian initiative for foster homes in Bucharest.
