Job Title: Senior Executive – Human Resource & Planning EngineerLocation: East Champaran, Bihar.Job Summary: The Senior Executive – Human Resource & Planning Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and planning functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee-related processes, and ensuring effective planning and execution of projects. The individual will play a key role in aligning HR and planning strategies with organizational goals to drive performance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.Develop and implement employee training and development programs.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and policy enforcement.Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present HR and project management reports to senior management.Analyze HR and project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategic insights.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. 3 years of experience in HR and project planning or a related role.Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
