• Responsible for planning, coordination, and supervision of all activities related to the transport operations.• To Ensure safe and on time pick and drops of clients with quality service.• Develop and execute sourcing strategy to ensure demand fulfillment in market.• Establishing and maintaining business relations with our existing and new operators.• Analyzing and optimizing fleet sufficiency in demand areas, based on trends and projections.• Monitor and work with Dispatch team to ensure only audit ‘pass’ cars are being used for daily operations.• Work closely on ‘driver incentive’ plan with GM Operations.• Manage operations and general administrative activities of the Branch individually.• Drive NPS percentage and Customer satisfaction analysis.• Ensure car quality as per Ola cabs standard.• Set up SOPs to define the Quality frame work.• Manage and drive a team of quality, Operation and fulfillment. • Define parameters / standard on basis of which the car audit needs to conducted.• Ensure on-going car audits on a daily/weekly /monthly basis.• Act as an escalation point for handling customer complaints.• Follow up with different departments on daily key customer feedback highlights.• Derive action plan for improving NPS percentage.• Be responsible for maintaining the car and driver quality by conducting different type of audits (planned/unplanned and spot audit).• Work in close co-ordination with the BD and Operations team for day to day operational execution.
