E-Transaction Grievance SystemThe purpose of developing E- Transaction Grievance System (ETGS) platform is to lodge Public Grievances online and monitor the redress of the Grievances, enable the citizens to lodge their grievances, cancel the request if the transaction got updated automatically. It enables Departments to survey the complaints and take action without delay, reduce physical forwarding of complaints to the departments concerned, and enables the citizens to keep track of the status of their complaints.
