Senior Account Manager
CurrentMRI Software delivers innovative social housing management solutions, supporting Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the UK and Ireland to transform communities. Responsible for professionally representing MRI and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and account development. Recommending appropriate solutions and negotiating acceptable terms and maintaining regular contact with customers via visits and by telephone. Determining clients on-going requirements to meet changing business needs and working closely with other stakeholders within the business such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development and the Implementation teams.
