Here i used to do DNA extraction from prenatal (amniotic fluid, CVS, fetal cord blood) postnatal(product of conception) and Peripheral blood samples. Setup the QFPCR and primer preparation, master mix preparation for fragment analysis, PCR, ethanol purification and sample loading in Genetic analyser Dx3500. Fragment analysis by gene mapper software. Here i have used to do MLPA, RTPCR and STR wet lab as well as analysis.I have good wet lab experience in Sanger sequencing as well as single gene variant analysis by mutation surveyor software.Having good wet lab experience in Microarray array whole chromosome analysis. I have very good exposure in CAP, NABL audit for clinical medical laboratory. Good in documentation, SOP writing, analytical method validation and tech transfer.
