We are building America's 5th, next-gen, payment network to power America's Patriot/Parallel Economy. We're building a Marketplace "Super App" where may pay any person, business or non-profit organization on our network. Shoppers will earn 2-20% rewards when shopping at USA Pay Network retail or online shops. Payments will be transacted via our private, closed loop pay network and currency, bank transfers and ACH. Our USA Pay currency will not trade on crypto exchanges. Our payment app will be as simple to use as scanning a QR code and be much like using a modern FinTech + Cash Back Rewards and Offers apps. USA Pay stands for Freedom, Liberty, our Constitution and Free Market Capitalism, under God. We plan on first launching in America and then opening up our network to all the world soon after.

After the 2020 elections I realized our election systems were NOT secure, transparent or trustworthy. I spent 15-months, hundreds of hours and good amount of money to invent a new system to secure our elections that was focused on enabling our living citizens, legal residents and voters to vote once in each election. In January of 2021 at the Reawaken America Phoenix event, on a 6-foot table I held a mock election voting for favorite US President of all-time. I incorporated most all the components of this new, secure and transparent election system. Sadly, though at the height of election integrity efforts in Arizona and speaking directly to Patriots that work with or have direct connections to state legislators, I gained no traction or funding to see my system be adopted by the state of Arizona or any county in AZ or any other state. I decided then it was time to go back to work on building America's 5th, next-gen payment network, the USA Pay Network.

BuyGiv was a concept to offer new mobile way to pay plus a unique rewards and cause fundraising system. The platform was partially built, but never completed as Tech Co-Founder had to stop work on platform to accept job offer that would pay for his kids college. The company never raised substantial funding and is still a very viable concept. The domain BuyGiv.com is owned by USA Pay Network, Inc.

Card1 offered a universal wallet connected to a conventional payment card. This innovation enabled people to carry just one payment card to pay by a credit or debit card added to wallet. Payments were secured and could be pre-approved through the mobile app. A demo app showing these capabilities were shared at Money2020 booth in 2015. Card1 was near identical in every way to the original Curve Card announced in February of 2016 as having raised primary $2,000,000 in funding. Since Curve Card has raised over $100 million to expand to America and beyond. Attempting to deliver Card1 to market was halted with the announcement of Curve Card being funded $2M in 2016.

Mobile Wallet Media was a media site focused on the future of mobile commerce. The site was an official media partner of Money2020, RSPA and a couple other leading payments conferences. From 2012-14 I interviewed dozens of the top executives showcasing their new innovations in payments and financial services and wrote my perspective on their products. I also wrote many articles sharing my perspective on the future of payments, mobile payments and even Bitcoin and blockchain way back in 2012-13. No I did not invest in Bitcoin back then (regretfully) because I probably did not dig deep enough to understand how it was different, decentralized (and why that meant so much in regards to operating freely of government rule) from a few Virtual Currency companies, once such being Beenz that was funded Fifty million dollars and quickly went to zero value by 2001 or so. I even went so far to compare Bitcoin to the Tulip Market in the the 1630's where some tulip were being valued as much as the worth of a house or year's income. I originated the concept for MobilePayUSA's unique payment app that enabled card-present payments without NFC in phone or retail payment terminal. This company debuted at TechCrunch Disrupt as a Startup Alley Winner in San Francisco in 2010. The company never went to market, but a US patent was granted in 2014 for this unique method to make mobile payments by credit/debit card from a secure cloud wallet app. Most payment terminals now use NFC in phone and payment terminal to make mobile payments using a mobile app. Apple Pay and Google Pay did not launch their NFC Mobile payments until 2014 and later.

MobilePayUSA debuted in 2010 as a TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Alley Winner in San Francisco. The company introduced new way to pay by phone that did not require NFC in phone or payment terminal to securely process cloud wallet payments by credit or debit card. Retail stores required no new software or hardware to add MobilePayUSA to accept mobile payments.

Good2Go was the first to offer home and office delivery of take out food for Ruby's Diner, Black Angus, Acapulco's Mexican and a dozen other brands in 1995. We were exactly like GrubHub, minus the online or app ordering. The concept was originated in September of 1994. The company launched in March of 1995 with 6-restaurants and added two dozen more restaurants by June of 1995. The company ran operations from proprietary software it had developed in Windows. This was likely the first restaurant delivery software that had a Windows based platform to manage operations and may very well have been THE software that industry used to rapidly expand in the late 90's to help small business owners quickly get up and running with a restaurant delivery service in local area of the country.
