I focus my practice on creditors' rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. I represent clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts all across the Midwest. I also advise banks on their debt collection and workout procedures. I work extensively in agricultural law and agricultural finance. I have previously served as the chairperson of the American Bar Association's committee on agricultural law and finance, and as an adjunct professor for Augustana University and Creighton University law school. Before transitioning to senior counsel, I served as a partner at Baird Holm for 21 years
