During this time, IBM moved to a new LMS application. I worked with the LMS developers to ensure smooth transition of data between the legacy system and the new LMS. I traveled to Europe and Asia Pacific training new reporting professionals on the LMS Changes. I created Brio templates and developed automated reporting tools to improve efficiency. I communicated technological and security challenges with IBM executives, and ensured data privacy was enforced. -
