Developed and implemented Facility Management department for Cara, setting up standardized programs for multiple services across 5 brands and 400 corporately owned restaurants. • Negotiated with 100+ Canadian vendors, establishing service scopes, schedules, and rates, including janitorial, fire suppression, hood cleaning, grease trap maintenance, and window cleaning. • Safeguarded physical assets and off-set equipment disruptions by implementing work order system and process for restaurants to complete general maintenance.

Headed operations and sales growth for 100 restaurants, consisting of both Corporate and Franchise locations. Led team of 5 District Managers, spanning the GTA, Eastern Ontario, Atlantic Canada and New York State.
