Role & Responsibilities:• Performs troubleshooting of network and service-related issues by analyzing PCAP traces. • To implement the changes requested by the circle and business teams on PAN INDIA basis using PMC GUI and HPSM. • To generate & maintain the reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis using various LINUX scripts • Log the problem TTs with the Original equipment management (OEMs) for various system related issues. • Performs the configuration, routing & blocking/unblocking for various IMSI’s and MSISDN’s.
