-Plays for various University events, ranging from 1-4 hour sets-Most noteworthy event to date: the Silberman College of Business’ 50th Anniversary Gala in the Pierre Hotel, NYC

-Prepares sandwich assembly lines and checks/manages the dates of both raw and prepared ingredients.-Reviews, made the sandwiches for (10 different sandwich builds), gathered the products for, and consolidates packages for orders meant to serve anywhere from five to hundreds of people.-Aids the breakfast, salad/soup, dispatch/validation, raw ingredient prep teams, as well as the shift supervisors and general managers in their tasks when not actively working production.

-Opened the gym 5:00 A.M. twice a week; prepared the towels, coffee, lights and music for the entire facility.-Checked-in, and handed out locker keys to members and guests-Managed massage appointment & squash court schedules/reservations.-Sold nursery passes, gym memberships, squash products, club merchandise & massage gift certificates-Answered the phone and transferred calls to other employees.

-Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers (age range 5-70) & promote specific merchandise-Maintained organized, presentable merchandise to drive continuous sales-Wrapped gifts, stocked shelves, handled/organized deliveries & managed a cash register-Responsible for closing the register & CC machine, as well as the closing/locking the store.
