Formerly PanbioWorking at a state of the art ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 accredited diagnostics manufacturing facility as a Manufacturing Technician, my primary role was the manufacturing and quality testing of test kit components. In addition to this, I was involved in:• Mentoring and training new staff.• Working within highly controlled quality systems and SOPs.• Analysis and actioning processes to optimise product performances.• Maintenance and operation of production machinery.• Assisted in planning and scheduling production operations.• The use of specialised manufacturing and inventory systems.• Quality Control tests and documentation.• Reconfigured cold room shelving layout to achieve 30% increase in available storage.

For this period I worked as part of the packing team at a facility manufacturing components for ELISA medical diagnostic kits. I worked as a student engineer over this period with MPN consulting. Some of my tasks included: • Preparing quantity and costing sheets• Stormwater quantity and quality analysis using MUSIC and DRAINS• Designing and documenting stormwater treatment and attenuation plans for DA applications• Some concept planning for subdivisions/land development• Performing site inspections.
