I’m a special operations forces veteran, transitioning to the private sector in July 2025. I’m currently looking for opportunities in or around Sanford, North Carolina, in non-profit or practice management, or training & organizational development. But before I tell you more about what I do, let me tell you why I do it. I do it to bring the strength of conviction so that we overcome obstacles, leading to our success. I am accountable, and adaptable, and enjoy helping others solve problems. I always place myself in someone else’s shoes before making a judgment or taking action. This allows me to form genuine, mutually rewarding relationships built on trust. When it is the right thing to do, I never hesitate to put in the extra effort to help people make things better. I’ve experienced both sides of the value and power of loyalty. I stay true to my values through my words and deeds. I always try to do more than is expected of me. People invest discretionary effort when we are clear on our purpose. I’m trained to be a tennis ball, not an egg, and that resilience is the key to success for any organization. I’m comfortable being the subject matter expert as a solo performer who is also a valued team member. I find organizations create great results when the team feels their work is worthwhile. I bring a sense of calmness and creativity to problematic situations.
