I began working as a host at South Fork Public House, here I managed several tasks such as • assigning duties and tasks to peers, as well as organized and coordinated the seating chart for each shift. I trained `new employees and instilled the value of communication between front of the house and back of the house. I eventually worked my way up to a serving position. During my job I was prompt and time conscious when it came to waiting on guests. I also made sure to help others in need, whether that be pouring waters, running food or helping clear off tables.

At LaQuinta Inn and Suites I provided excellent customer service ensuring guests had a quality stay. I responded to customer needs in order to increase the satisfaction of their stay. Here I completed work in an effective time frame and implemented new ways of performing daily routines.

At Landworks Northwest I filed and organized paperwork,learned to keep company records and know how to properly allocated paperwork in case the company were to be audited. Working in an office environment was good experience for me, I learned how to communicate with sales representatives and answer the phone properly. Working in the office was beneficial to me as I learned the importance of the accounting and book keeping that keeps a business functioning.
