• Led and managed vacant land policy and advocacy programs and projects through the stages of conceptualization, planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting•Led and managed the stakeholder engagement and Ambassador program for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority Stormwater Strategic Plan• Wrote grants and developed fee-for-service opportunities with the Development Team to raise over $140,000 directly for our Land Use Policy and Land Stewardship Innovation teams• Developed partner relationships with the Boroughs of Braddock/East Pittsburgh/North Braddock, Larimer Consensus Group, TriCOG Land Bank, Pittsburgh Land Bank, de-bias, and numerous other partner to expand programmatic capabilities for all Grounded programs• Presented and represented Grounded at City, State, and National Conferences on our work including the Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference, One Water Summit, and Pittsburgh Racial Justice Summit• Regularly managed 10-15 individuals including interns, students, staff, resident stewards, and ambassadors
