As a member of the Executive team, I led the communications for the Young and Well CRC, an international research centre exploring the role of technologies in improving young people's mental health and wellbeing. Young and Well CRC united young people with researchers, practitioners, innovators and policy makers from more than 70 partner organisations across the non-profit, academic, government and corporate sectors. Sadly, Federal Government funding ceased at 30 June 2016 and the CRC was wound up.

I led a team of six communications and marketing professionals in positioning the state of Victoria as a great place to do business, through a targeted below-the-line strategy focussed on media and PR, events, online and social media, a networking initiative and a suite of print and multimedia collateral. This involved a series of tailored global campaigns that delivered results for a complex stakeholder group.

Developed and implemented marketing strategies and campaigns designed to promote Victoria’s attractiveness as a business and investment location in international markets, with a focus on media and PR. Instigated a Visiting Journalists' Program hinged on hallmark events and key conferences in the State, showcasing Victoria's offering to international business media. Developed strong relationship with the Foreign Correspondents' Association.
