Supporting residents of Conwy through the delivery of the Communities for Work Plus project.

Responsible for building and leading high-performing teams for comprehensive delivery of local employer support. Proven in identifying needs, developing provision, and managing a diverse team of professionals.

Supporting multiple employability projects through creating, enhancing and managing relationships with local employers; with a focus on providing a comprehensive, recruitment service in partnership with funded job placement opportunities. Led on the Kickstart Scheme for Môn CF, responsible for overseeing the performance and implementation of our role as an approved Kickstart Gateway.

Part of the Local Delivery Team, based on Anglesey, responsible for delivering and implementing the C4W+ operation across the island. Provided intensive mentoring for people that are unemployed to help address broad barriers to work; access to training, education and development opportunities. Managing a caseload of up to 50 clients; I supported them using holistic, enabling and collaborative approaches as well as delivering employment support courses to groups of people in a classroom-based environment.
