LPM will also provide work throughout the year with our own sponsored events. Club Promotions, musical gigs, retail/stock photo shoots, are a few of the opportunities available. The overall focus is to develop a talents portfolio up to the next level so as to again move them up to higher management possibilities.LPM TEAM WORK:“Teamwork is increasingly advocated as a means of assuring quality and safety in the delivery of services.” Working together as a team in the area of promotions is going to set us apart from anyone within our region doing anything similar, teamwork is a major part of the LPM blueprint. LPM expects anyone under contract to provide some time (within reason, of course) with the team doing promotions activities. A person who does not show such dedication would be cut from the LPM team, contract voided. This is taken seriously only because these activities benefit us as a group. They provide word of mouth giving us a major amount of free promotion, also further add to job opportunities and our fan base. Promotional activities include and are not limited to: Car shows, Events, flyer pitching, location photo shoots, car washes, volunteering for a local group/cause (tba).
