Managed actions associated with Strategic Sourcing to include Supply Chain Management, contracting and fiscal/budget formulation and execution. This billet was manager for the USMC Garrison Supply Chain Management (GSCM) effort. The purpose of the initiative was to improve all intermediate-level, inventory management processes, i.e. supporting establishment supply. Based on results of the review, recommendations were made to divest inventory, compete commercial activities, and/or restructure governmental activities. Served as the central coordinator between HQMC DC I&L, Marine Corps Logistics Command and Intermediate, Regional and Local Commands. Due to the tight timelines, coordination between the various stakeholders was critical and included managing multi-faceted tasks, program management, and supply policy.
