As a Practice Area Director I helped grow Slalom's Cross-Market Delivery Network to over 300 software engineers and consultants who focus on delivering custom solutions for top clients in a variety of technologies and platforms including Cloud, Mobile and Web.

As a Practice Area Lead I was responsible for providing delivery and sales support to markets where Slalom was looking to expand into.

As a consultant I delivered solutions across multiple technologies including Custom Applications and SharePoint.

• Developed, integrated, and maintained tools in C, C++, and TTCN used to test capacity of Wireless Network Entities. Maintained software in C and C++ for Wireless Network Entities.• Created an internal website to share best practices and presented the materials to 30 peers representing departments throughout Motorola.• Created internal website used to gather metrics for Extreme Programming, which was adopted throughout sector.• Trained and supported engineer’s onsite in China and Spain on use of Load generating tools.• Documented white papers on Ubinetics test phones and Radio Frequency (RF), which contributed to Motorola’s knowledge repository and established enterprise methodology. • Co-Authored “Refactoring TRAU Layer” which was presented at the 2005 S3 (Software, Systems and Simulation) symposium and awarded first place. • Migrated division to new problem tracking tool, based on a new common process adopted throughout Motorola.

• Gathered system requirements from users through meetings, questioning, and evaluation of business requirements.• Implemented a document management system, which allowed access to information anytime, anywhere. • Developed content design and security model using use cases and data flow diagrams. • Subject-matter specialist on LiveLink software; provided advice, answered questions, and offered solutions. • Team lead for the testing team; responsible for delegating tasks, completing tasks in a timely manner, and meeting both team and project goals. • Developed test plan, test scripts/cases, executed testing, logged issues/errors, and tracked solutions. • Created workflows to be utilized in LiveLink, which automated general business processes.

• Implemented a home shopping scanning device, which attributed to the ebusiness success. • Designed, developed, and supported the production of a customer database for the Scottyscan program utilizing Access. • Offered solutions to enhance webstore performance and usability by evaluating Scotty's Home Market's application, as well as researching its competitors. • Provided technical support for the ebusiness application and Scottyscan. • Performed initial evaluation and configuration for an ERP/EDI application. • Assisted in networking the client configuration for a LAN with more than 70 Windows NT workstations.
