As the Product Director for the Commercial domain, I lead a diverse and talented team of product managers, owners, trainers, testers, and support staff, as well as five development teams, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions across 15 global markets. I oversee a portfolio of products and a suite of commercial platforms, including Salesforce, that enable the commercial team to achieve their business goals and optimise their performance with a focus on reducing cost of sale. Key deliveries whilst in the role included the design and delivery of competitor comparisson tool used by a number of key Banks & building societies, delivery of a Financial Intermediary website and numerous database applications.

Responsible for reviewing business processes within the research area including, database workflow, data collation, magazine design.
