Most of my role revolves around addressing a pain point for the customer, quoting a solution and implementing that . Everything from PC installs to enterprise networking technologies. Working with clients to resolve very specific needs in an IT environment. Implementation of network automation through things like NetMiko and Automate scripting. Extensive work with VMWare ESXI/vCenter and Hyper-V, from initial deployment to the replacement cycle.

Implemented a new Solarwinds based RMM. Created ticketing and alerts for the new system and implemented procedures for future maintenance. Moved to a field engineering role for the last 6 months of my contract

Managed a call center of 36 user's that ran 24/7. Established connections with local broadcasting stations for Dish Network. Designed and implemented a non-stop stream on a dedicated website built in-house. This was also translated to their YouTube channel. Created a custom in-house inventory system to track new/upcoming action sales. Full management and decision making for the company's tech stack.

High level of customer interaction through Cisco/Juniper/Brocade networking requests. Handling advanced network architecture requests from the customer, and advising the appropriate network solutions. Managed an internal call service to create BoMs and quotes for clients. Pivoted to a content creation role for a period of time to create informational youtube videos advising on campus network solutions.

Training new sales representatives on networking concepts and how to properly diagnose a customer's IT needs. Typically spanning a period of a week, and starting with the most simple IT concepts. Once completed, I created mock scenarios of customer interactions to confirm a solid foundation of our main product lines.

Creating, filming and editing easily digestible networking concepts through informational videos. Initially created for the internal sales team to advance their knowledge of general networking. The scripting moved to YouTube in order to share the content with the rest of the customer base.
