Throughout the past five plus years, I have become immersed in the mortgage industry throughdifferent roles. Beginning in the appraisal management side, I developed an understanding of theimportance that an appraisal report plays in a borrower receiving a loan. In my current role, Ihave assisted my company in all phases of the loan process. Through my current duties, I havebeen tasked with meeting strict deadlines, while at the same time maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and customer service towards our clients. During times of transition at my current company, I have volunteered to accept more difficult roles that required quick thinking and thinking outside-the-box to meet the strict deadlines involved in mortgage financing. I have also been instrumental in developing the existing pipeline management system that is used by all employees within the company. I am known by many within my current company as an individual who can be turned to when needing assistance or a question answered. If I do not know the answer, I do the best that I can to either obtain the answer or point the individual in the direction of the person who can answer the question posed.
