I began my time at Multi-ACTIVE as a sports coach, and progressed through the companies franchise program, where I developed skills in business management, HR and Recruitment.Multi-ACTIVE is a vibrant and innovative Company, delivering high-quality, inclusive and sustainable PE and sports programmes to thousands of children and young people every week within Primary schools, clubs and communities.The ethos of Multi-ACTIVE is quite simply to use sport as a catalyst to make a difference. Through the creation of a positive and creative learning environment, all children and young people are encouraged, included and supported to be the best they can be through sport. The focus is heavily on FUN, ensuring enjoyable and memorable experiences are gained, with the overall aim of nurturing a life-long love of sport and being active in all children and young people.Through the delivery of a range of sports, Multi-ACTIVE are at the forefront of maintaining excellence in the delivery of sustainable programmes that are unrivalled in their innovation, organisation and delivery.Multi-ACTIVE provide a range of services as part of Early Years and Primary school PE, ensuring the curriculum is implemented effectively and coherently, as well as a range of out of hours school learning (OHSL) opportunities including before, during and after school clubs, weekend coaching centres and holiday Multi-ACTIVITY camps.
