I redesigned and oversaw the implementation of user registration processes, password reset systems and logon processes for multiple types of users resulting in improved user experience. I designed a reusable seamless single sign-on architecture and oversaw over two dozen applications’ migration from application-specific logons to single sign-on. I also oversaw vulnerability management programs in Solaris, Windows Server, and Windows client systems, and as the only security professional in key architecture groups, I was responsible for e-business governance and strategy, information architecture, and mainframe architecture, maintained an enterprise-wide view of IT and drove projects and smaller changes toward standards. I generated and drove over a dozen enterprise-scale problems and many smaller problems through root cause analysis and to resolution, including problems that had been negatively impacting customers for years.• I took a two-week process and shortened it into a real-time process, which caused a significant reduction of account administration staff time, and a reduction in website support staff time, all the while improving security. • I designed metric-driven processes that resulted in significant measurable reduction in patchable vulnerabilities and vulnerabilities due to deviation from build standards.• I drafted significant portions of Problem Management and Event Management processes and drove other teams towards those processes.
