Plan and implement activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of the situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of a comprehensive and effective quality program that complies with ISO requirements, Corporate policy and other applicable regulatory bodies or standards.Responsible for managing & supervising quality control and quality engineering personnel and activities. This includes training, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work duties.

Responsible for all quality functions in both California and Austin facilities. Primary responsibilities included business process development, continuous improvement and implementation of ISO processes for a $125M company. Formulated policies and procedures to ensure total customer satisfaction through achievement of defined goals and operational efficiencies in operations, materials, engineering, quality control and customer service.
