Managed all aspects of internal audit program of demographic statistical programs at the U.S. Census Bureau, in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). Alongside independent reviewers, gauged compliance with Census Bureau Statistical Quality Standards based on evidence provided by audited programs. Compiled and analyzed audit data to determine patterns of noncompliance with quality standards; presented findings at international conference on quality in official statistics. Evaluated and revise audit program and tools, based on suggestions from program areas, auditors, senior management, and changes to quality standards.
