I was accountable for leading financial collections firm specializing in the transportation industry, including air, sea, and ground services. I orchestrated all IT functions, including system administration, software development, and telecommunications support for the entire operation. This included 100 CAT5E drops with an IDF located above the mezzanine to cover all floor space as per TIA/EIA specifications.
