• Job profile Includes handling Reservations for all the hotels of our Chain.• Maintaining online rates and inventory through extranet for our hotels.• Manage all aspects of competitor’s intelligence, pricing, forecasting, management of room inventory, distribution channels, market segment mix and acceptance / denial of group bookings.• Rate contracting and yield management.• Handle customer queries over the phone as well as over emails using company procedure to close sales effectively meet and exceed key individual.• Resolves customer requests, enquiries and issues by direct guests / travel agents / corporate bookers and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservation.• Generating daily agent / centre report and updating the team manager.
