• Hired, Managed, and Evaluated the Marketing Coordinator for Housing & Residential Life.

• Managed the summer conference housing program, including hiring, supervising, and evaluating 15 student employees.
• Responsible for the Summer Intern Housing and Conference Housing budgets totaling over $1 million per summer.
• Responsible for transitioning Housing & Residential Life from an outdated cable system, to a modern HD and IPTV system for residential students, increasing satisfaction and financial efficiency.

• Provide leadership for a co-ed community style hall with 957 residents in Hess Hall.
• Provided leadership for an all male suite style hall with 218 residents, 108 of which were student athletes.
• Select, supervise, train, and evaluate 1-2 Graduate Assistants, 7-21 Resident Assistants, a full time Administrative Assistant (until December 2011) and 5 Office Assistants.
• Facilitate room changes, hall changes, damage billing and contract releases as necessary.
• Coordinate the check-in, stay, and checkout process of 3,500 guests throughout the summer months.
• Communicate directly with conference contacts to insure the needs of the group are met during their stay.

• Provided leadership as an Assistant Coordinator for a suite-style hall with 706 residents for DeGraff Hall.

• Adjudicated alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct and Guide to Residence Living, assigned educational sanctions, and tracked student conduct cases, using the Adirondack Judicial Officer software.
