Regional Vice President
Current- Territory manager for 3 western states for a portion of $24 billion of financial assets
- Responsible for relationship management, loan structuring and origination, including evaluating transaction risk and structuring transactions to meet profitability, credit quality and loan growth goals
- Manage entire transaction process from origination to close
- Provide strategic advisory expertise to clients in building capital fundraising plans and implementing innovative financial structures to achieve clients' strategic business goals and objectives
- Make presentations (capital markets updates, financing proposals) to client senior management and boards of directors
- Participate in internal strategic planning task forces, responsible for hiring and mentoring staff and achievement of ongoing employee training/development goals
