Current• Territory manager for 3 western states for a portion of $24 billion of financial assets • Responsible for relationship management, loan structuring and origination, including evaluating transaction risk and structuring transactions to meet profitability, credit quality and loan growth goals • Manage entire transaction process from origination to close• Provide strategic advisory expertise to clients in building capital fundraising plans and implementing innovative financial structures to achieve clients' strategic business goals and objectives • Make presentations (capital markets updates, financing proposals) to client senior management and boards of directors• Participate in internal strategic planning task forces, responsible for hiring and mentoring staff and achievement of ongoing employee training/development goals
