I was selected for a number of secondments during my role including moving hours around the business, shrinkage and security, driving excellent service and quality & seasonal champion.I now work in the head office where I build world class displays that our shops implement. Using my 10+ years of store experience I am helping to shape a more efficient and customer focussed approach by influencing key stakeholders across the business to consider changing the way we operate in certain areas. My drive, passion and hunger has never been greater to move the company forward.My immediate vision is to become a senior leader within retail and within the next 5 years I want to be a store manager or equivalent level. I know I have the mental strength, desire and people skills to lead a team to greatness.
