Employed as Head of Reporting to take overall technical responsibility for the business reporting and BI function. Responsibilities include: - accountability for the company BI tool (Power BI) and its output. - creation of visual reports and dashboards, and subsequent continuous improvement of said tools through dialogue and direction from relevant stakeholders. - To ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of data throughout the company reporting. - To provide end user training on Power BI. - Create compelling data driven stories and effective insights to help the business move forward. - Database development and management. - Manage the BI team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the department.

Employed as Head of Business Intelligence to take ownership and improve the company’s analytics andreporting framework along with the management of third-party commercial contracts. Following GDPR, appointed the Data Protection Officer along with the role of Caldicott Guardian to ensure the protection and confidentiality of patient and service-user information to enable appropriate information-sharing. Oversee and maintain the creation and growth of an informatics team.Provide analytical support to the Directors of Interface Clinical Services through the creation and delivery of high quality and accurate dashboards.Support the Regional Business Managers through kpi and performance related analysis.Scope out potential for service improvements around the delivery of information, both internally and externally.Ensure data integrity is maintained throughout all core systems.Provide training and support in line with system upgrades and changes in protocol.

Provide analytical support to the Commercial division of Healthcare At Home through the analysis and provision of management reporting information.Support the Sales team in business forecasting processes such as budgeting, forecasting and account management planning.Act as key contact for the company to all external clients (NHS, Pharma, Procurement Hubs) with regards to the provision of management information and business intelligence.Help develop Healthcare At Home's reporting capabilities, in line with current and future information processing needs, business process enhancements and capacity requirements.Monitor and help maintain data integrity.
