With 25+ years of technology services, business analysis and project management expertise in the association industry I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role serving multiple organizations on both an ongoing and consultative basis. I oversee technology initiatives and integrations, and analyze processes and procedures to ensure that the right technologies are used in the right ways to accomplish objectives. I bring a long and successful history of expertise in systems configuration, partner relationship management, and user training to bear as I work with staff, vendors, members and leadership to ensure that business needs are understood fully from all perspectives.In addition to technical and analytical skill, I bring sound communication skills to interactions with all levels of staff, leadership and stakeholders. An active participant in the association technology community for over twenty years, I've served on the ASAE Technology Council for five years, including one year as chair. I've spoken at ASAE events, technology user conferences, and other events within the association community. In addition to speaking at professional events, I've also presented and served on numerous discussion panels at conventions and events within the speculative literature community - particularly around topics related to LGBTQIA+ content in speculative literature and within the speculative fiction fan community.
