Developed and maintained systems for tracking research and clinical patient populations. Designed clinic-based processes for handling the relocation of the cath lab from the Swedish First Hill to the Swedish Cherry Hill campus. Identified IT needs within the clinic and worked with IT department to meet those needs. Facilitated transfer of scheduling for the Cardiovascular Research patients from research to clinic staff including creating training reference materials. Facilitated scheduling, referral and follow-up for VIP patients. Worked with cath lab to schedule patients for heart catheterization procedures. Served as liaison between clinic and research staff
