Media industry creative technician with over a decade of experience engineering, troubleshooting, maintaining, networking, renovating and wiring postproduction systems, cameras and related test, location and broadcast equipment. More than ten years include hands-on appraisal, system building and testing for New York University's Undergrad/Grad Film & Television Department's Postproduction Area to complete a 5 year 20-million dollar comprehensive renovation of facilities. More than 20 years included recognized creative photography.Broad industry experience supporting a range of media production and postproduction services including transferring, encoding, editing, archiving, repair and preserving still and moving images on film, audio and video media in and between current and legacy formats. Collaborated with the Tisch School of the Arts Film Library to digitize and archive student and faculty media projects from physical media to a fileserver configuration. Also an avid photographer in my spare time so I have an eye for detail. I have designed websites and an online store from the ground up.Over 15 years of customer service skills with all types of customers including VIPs, students, faculty, technical staff and the general public.
